Overview
This study is to look at how well a new test medicine is tolerated when given by mouth. This is the first time the test medicine has been given to people.

- Non-smoker in the last 12 months
- CNS Restriction
- FIH Restriction
- Not suitable for those without a gallbladder or low eGFR
