Overview

This study is to look at how the test medicine is taken up by the body and how it passes through the body when taken by mouth in different formulations and when taken with food. The test medicine has been taken by people before.

Please note: Study Periods 2-4 may not go ahead, and this decision will be made by the sponsor based on data collected in the previous study periods. For each of those study visits that you finish, you'll get an extra £1,200 to compensate you for the additional inconvenience for lifestyle restrictions, and time resident in the clinical unit. If Study Visits 2 to 4 don't go ahead, you'll get £600 for each cancelled study visit.
