The study is looking to see if taking the test medicine with phenytoin will affect the blood levels of the trial drug. The test medicine has been taken by people before.

- Males and * Postmenopausal or surgically sterile Females
- Aged 18 - 55
- BMI 18.5 - 29.9
- Non-smoker in the last 6 months
- Willing to consume gelatine & lactose
- CNS, Gilberts and cholecystectomy restrictions
