This study looks to see if taking the trial drug with itraconazole affects the blood levels of trial drug. The test medicine has been taken by people before.

- Males and * Postmenopausal or surgically sterile Females
- Aged 18 - 55
- BMI 18.5 - 29.9
- Non-smoker in the last 6 months
- Willing to consume gelatine & lactose
- CNS, Gilberts and cholecystectomy restrictions
